No Audio

I have a kiosk station I have been fighting with for a few weeks. the itAdmin and Kiosk accounts before lockdown I can get the video that I have playing in Firefox working just fine audio wise, but when I lock down the kiosk there is no audio. How do I either make the lockdown process not affect audio (and preferably screen resolution too), or even better is there a way to just make it run vlc on a loop instead?
